Extracting text from Visio?

Not using Visio, but if it has a "save for Web" or "save as HTML" 
feature, there's a decent chance that will extract the text for you. 
You'll have to do some cleanup, but a search and destroy macro in Word 
will do the hard work of removing the HTML tags--or you can do it 
manually.
