RE: the Netherlands vs. The Netherlands

To elaborate:

The name of my country (in English) is 'The Netherlands'. "The" is part of
the name itself. It's derived from 'the low lands', long before we became a
kingdom.

Besides that, it's something they thought us in school and got hammered on
for years. ;)
