Ah yes, I remember now. If you remove the interior with a Mac, you get
a deliciously wonderful means of re-using the removed portions.
Further, if you combine your pumpkin PDF with Flare, you have some
quite illuminating possibilities to entertain. Just roasting some
seeds for thought...

A pumpkin-styled PDF is generated from PostScript via Acrobat Distiller.
By accessing Distiller > Settings > Edit Settings > Advanced, the top of
the PDF and its stem can be carved off and the interior removed.
Optionally, sections of one side are carved out to make a design,
usually a face.
