RoboHelp Handler to Convert HTML to WML or other tools

I know I'm going back into ancient history, but I have a requirement to
provide online help for handsets that use Wireless Markup Language
(WML).  

 

Has anyone created a RoboHelp handler that can be used to convert XML
into WML? Are there any  other tools out there that can generate WML
from XML or HTML source?  I done an extensive search and only found some
tools that do it, but not very well.
