Anyone ever heard of extreme programming? Our company
is thinking about going to that kind of model in the
systems programming department, and they're asking me
to be a part of it. Basically, I'd have my work area
in or next to the "bullpen." My job duties won't
change, but they're hoping this will benefit the
documentation department and the systems dept.

I'm looking for pros and cons that I'll need to
consider. Thanks.
