This guy has a lot more time and money than I do. He's also
apparently a lot younger, as he seems not to know how
typewriter keys are laid out.

Probably not, but a group wants the caps lock key removed from keyboards.
I believe they'll solve the crisis in the Middle East right after they accomplish that goal. :-)
