Thanks for the tip.

I looked at WebTidy, and honestly, I don't know what to do with a TAR
archive on a Windows machine. (UNIX would be another story.) That was
all I found, plus some pretty convoluted instructions about using
command strings in DOS. I am not sure that would be worth it....

Was I looking in the wrong place?
