Bonnie,

IANAL, but to be safe, you'd probably need to get a release, because in
essence it sounds like you are re-publishing copyrighted work. Just because
the content is two years old and was published online doesn't remove the
original copyright holder's rights.

So, if you were going to republish the article, I'd say you need to get
permission to do it. Otherwise you *may* be putting yourself in legal
jeopardy.
