I've said it before, I'll say it again:

I'd love to have the kind of money this documentation process describes. I don't even have enough to pay for FrameMaker.
I must say, the post we were referred to did make the best argument I've ever seen for having Marketing do the manuals, something I've always opposed because usually Marketing wants me to document vaporware....
