And the problem with that is...?
A business is not supposed to be a school playground
where you have to learn to stand up to the bullies
or curry favor with them and going to Teacher gets
you branded a crybaby. If your coworkers don't see
that part of their job is to support the other
memebers of the develpment team, management's job
is to get them to behave as if they do. Sometimes,
the way to avoid having someone's back get up is to
get someone heavier to plant a foot on it.
