Which software?

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and have a query.  My organization is trying to
evaluate a Controlled English software for the document writers. Can any
of you recommend a good software or list of software that are used by
any of you? 

Ease of use and cost would be the main factors in terms of which we
would evaluate it.
