I was asked to clarify "Future feature development and owner support."
As Char pointed out, no company can promise the future -- but I believe
MS when they promise *not* to improve HTML Help. (sigh)

It's the Firefox/OpenOffice model that's got me thinking. You say,
"Pretty nice, but it would be even better if it could also..." Before
you know it, someone's put your requested feature into a plugin.
