Double-check Edit - Preferences - Internet - Internet Settings - Programs --
make sure Outlook is still there for your default. Restore if not.

I'm trying to send a document via email for review. I've done this dozens of
times, but this time the Address Book button does not display my Outlook
address book. I've checked Help, no help. I've shut down and restarted
twice. Any ideas?

System: XP, sp2
Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.8
