Benefits for which the employee pays least part of their salary. And ample?
The quality and coverage of those benefits can vary greatly (and if unused,
it's just money out of your pocket). How can you build that into a forumla?
Benefits were a better argument when the employer paid for them.

My current situation hre at Capital Group is apparently a rare one. The
cost to me is fairly low and the actual benefit is remarkably high. When I
got my new glasses (Transitions photogrey with progressive "bi-focals") my
optometrist was positively shocked at how much was covered.
