Education is driven by the CTO, a VERY colorful woman with a PhD from
South Amrica and one of the three founders of the company.

Gota keep in mind...the division of EMC that I'm at (SMARTS) was a
commercialization of a professor's thesis when he was at Columbia
University and he started the company with two of his interns.

So, you can see we're very learning-oriented and it's a good thing
that when we were bought by EMC, they continued the emphasis.
