Word Email List Recommendation

I just spent half an hour looking through the archives and another half hour surfing but I can't find THE MSWord email group that people recommend. Please, could someone tell me one more time which group is best? I need to figure out why I can't get the footer area removed (there's nothing in it but it's reserved, if you know what I mean). Thanks very much!
