   IBM in Burlington just lost a round in court for an age discrimination
   class action lawsuit that was filed after a huge lay-off several years
   ago.  Even the individuals who filed the lawsuit admit that the case
   will probably end up in the Vermont Supreme Court (or maybe even the
   U.S. Supreme Court), so if they win, most of the money will go to the
   lawyers.
