RE: Job calls AFTER you find work

August marks the beginning of the search for candidates to fill out new
project work for the fed gov fiscal year beginning on Oct 1st. We're looking
for Sr. TWs now, too and having a tough time finding someone qualified. The
gov rush puts the bite on the entire market.
