Senior Technical Writer: A raging introvert who pays neurotic attention to
detail... suffers carpal tunnel syndrome and myopia (both ocular and
attitudinal)... though lacking managerial skills, can outfight most in a
usage war... has just enough OCD to stay with a project to completion... and
has a discernable coffee shake.

I am attempting to recruit a "senior" technical writer. I am finding
people who respond to my job announcements who have accomplished all
sorts of things and claim to be technical writers so that they can be
hired by my company.
