Some companies use "documentation manager" as a title for
document clerks.  This is especially common in banking and
real estate.

Funny. I saw one organization where the "technical documentation
manager" ranked *below* the tech writers -- was essentially a filing
clerk for regulatory documents.

Gotta watch out for those titles...
