If you are generating a full text search file when the project is
compiled, you'll also want to ship the FTS file. However, if you don't
it's no big deal, since the FTS will be generated when the user
opens the search for the first time.

Also, you may want to ship a 0 byte GID file, if your company is
worried about clean un-installs. The FTS files are generated in the
Windows\Help directory, but the GIDs are generated in the folder in
which the help file resides. In most instances an installation cannot
uninstall a file it didn't install, so shipping a 0 byte GID ensures that
your application directory is empty, and thus removed, when an
uninstall is performed. I just create the 0 byte GID in notepad --
open notepad, and save the empty file as helpfilename.GID.
