Is there an easy way to add an e-mail hyperlink to an already created
PDF document? We're using Acrobat 6, and, although I can readily add
some links, creating the e-mail variety isn't obvious. Unfortunately,
Acrobat is not picking up the hyperlink in the source document, at least
not in a way that can be read by anything below Reader 7, which not all
of our readership will have.
