Someone probably already said this, but it is also illegal to work for
a company "off the books" as WalMart and others found out. Even if you
work at an At WIll state, and I think most of them are, they have to
pay you for time worked and overtime for hours worked beyond eight
hours a day (unless your are working 4-10s), or 40 hours a week. I'm
not a labor attorney, nor do I play one on TV or weekends at the local
pub, but I think if you check the local labor laws, or consult a labor
lawyer, you may have some ammunition to change things.
