Hi Elizabeth,

*I am the Product Manger for Doc-To-Help*

I just wanted to make sure you and anybody else looking at Doc-To-Help's
pricing understands what we offer. Doc-To-Help includes free online
support and a year of maintenance (free upgrades and fixes). When you
add those items to other tools the prices compare well. Additionally, we
have two versions, Doc-To-Help Enterprise and Doc-To-Help for Word. The
latter has a lower price.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me here or off-list.

Hope this helps!
Dan Beall
