Inserting Graphics in EPIC

Hi All

I am encountering a strange error while inserting graphics in a Epic (Epic
Arbortext 4.1.3 version) document.

Our document is based on a DTD (pre defined template) wherein we are able to
insert graphics (picture).

But if a document is uploaded to Documentum and checked out from there it
does not allow to insert picture. An help id is auto generated, our doubt is
whether is it due to auto generation of help id the insertion is prevented.

Because the document does not display the tag used for inserting picture.

Kindly can any one let us know how the problem can be addressed.
