Hi all,

I'm hoping there is a short cut that I'm missing and some of you guys
have already solved it.

I have to convert FrameMaker 7.0p579 files to Word and the method I'm
using is to Save as Microsoft Word win 6.0/7.0 to create a doc file.
The problems I have found is:
* We use conditional text in our documents, when I open the word
file all the conditions that are in the document also display, so now I
have to do a search to find and remove the unwanted conditions.
* Secondly the process to convert one file with 30 pages took 1hr
45mins to run and I have many more.
* And lastly I have to reformat the pages to get the company
format.

I know some of you will wonder is he mad going back to Word. This is a
one time deal for documents that have to be translated into Arabic and
FrameMaker does not support Right to left.

Dave
