Interesting topic.

On the few occasions when I've seen "family name" and "given name" on a
form, I admit that I'm momentarily stumped. I think what puzzles me is
the "given name" part. What exactly does that mean? (Okay, you don't
really have to answer that . . . it's just an observation on how things
are labeled.)
