I dunno, Gene. Somewhere back in thread, Sharon did say that she needed superstars. Besides, I've heard in interviews that I'd ' be surprised how many candidates can't...' succeed on a test that I thought was elementary.

In all the times I've administered the test, I've had 1 person do what
I expected.

This may suggest a problem with your test, rather than with your
candidates.
