Re: Extensions and dots in filenames
If the word "extension" is specified and spelled out in the^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
documentation, and the extension itself is given as ".xyz," is the dot
(.) superfluous? Or is the reference manual simply being thorough?
