Maybe I'm just tired this morning. It seems like it would have been more
accurate to say something like "Familiarity with Syntricity's EYM software".

First hit seems to indicate that it's a "Semiconductor Enterprise
Yield Management" system, which I read (approximately) as a knowledge
management system for storing, retrieving and accessing engineering
and manufacturing data for use in semiconductor manufacturing
environments.

Unless you've worked in that environment before, it would seem highly
unlikely that it would be in your skill set (or anyone else's.)
