A bit of both I was told (although I was not there at the time). He was
arguing with her with a loud voice using bad language and acting very crude.
I believe she called him.

Personally I cannot figure out why someone would talk to anyone in that
manner while waiting in a company lobby for an interview, unless it was a
matter of life or death. I would have told her I will call you back later
after the interview outside in the parking lot. The receptionist and HR
folks were not impressed.

Did he use bad language or act really crude or something? Or was it
just that he was taking a call from a g.f. while on company premises?

I'm curious :)
