Actually, he has very good computer skills and knows all the software we
use. I guess we will just have to edit at this end. I don't think he was the
cheapest they could get. They had already offshored a whole development team
and really needed a writer on the spot.
We all like him and I guess we'll just coach him along. That's the wave of
the future.
Not neccesarily a bad thing, either, IMO. On-the-job training used to
be the *norm*, not the -exception-!
