Agree in general with a recommendation for Camtasia - I like it very much.

But if this is something you'd want to run from multiple developer machines & it's just for your use (not published) - you might want to look at Wink. Doesn't have the ease of use or some features of Camtasia but the cost (none) might be a factor.
