Your right. Bigger projects require the ability to work to higher levels of abstraction. Such a person is never going to be able to outshine someone who is 99% of the time grounded in the detail. Thus the fallacy of writing tests for such projects. (Acutally, the project does not have to be that big - more like typical.)
