Copyright and Confidentiality Statements

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have some standard Copyright and/or
Confidentiality statements they have used in past user
manuals that they wouldn't mind sharing with me?

I need a couple of good ones for some new publications
I am working on and the company does not have anything
standardized yet.
