It is hard to make it work, but possible. (It is what I largely do for a
living.) Basically the templates need to be so easy and obvious to use that
it becomes easier for people to do it right than to do it wrong. That means
not only creating a coherent set of styles for the template but also a set
of toolbar buttons & keyboard shortcuts to make it very easy & obvious which
styles should be used.
