Hello out there, I have been reading all your responses and checking the
web pages you have suggested, oh yes and thanks for the laughs from some
of the creative responses given. I think my best approach is as a few
have mentioned "go back to the initiator and request more detail",
myself I think it has got to be something in how the training manuals
are developed.
Please stand by for future developments.

The eight c's are probably intended as a mnemonic device (or something
like one) for a set of principles. So as long as your c's line up with
whatever you're trying to remember, go for it.
