My resume is four pages. The first two pages are a nice, standard, two-page
resume. The last two pages are two matrices: one for tools and one for
technologies. It works especially well for contracting opportunities, as it
can be easily scanned to see if I have the experience for a specific tool
(FrameMaker, SharePoint, etc.) or experience with a particular technology
(relational databases, web applications, etc.). Recruiters love it.  If I'm
applying for a full-time position, I carefully tailor the two-page resume to
the specific position's requirements.
