I do not list what I did on the resume. In most cases I wrote technically.

I list accomplishments, for example: reduced operating overhead by 27% by
redesigning and streamlining process procedures.
Successfully created and implemented ISO 9000 documentation, enabling client
to retain the customer who accounted for 52% of their annual revenue.

Who is the audience of the resume? It's somebody who wants to know how I am
going to improve their bottom line.
