another program. The rest should teach clients and employers how to work

Totally agree. A significant problems I find with Word documents are the
result of previous writers ignorance of the program's capabilities and their
attempts to make it do what PageMaker, In Design, FrameMaker, or some other
layout program can do in their sleep. (I left out Publisher purposely
'cause I rate it even lower than Word...just my opinion.)
