Hi Nancy,

If you don't have permission from the copyright holder, don't do it.
Edited, unedited, doesn't matter -- that would not only be unethical but
a legal issue for you and your Web host.

If you have permission, I think it's a great idea! The copyright holders
will tell you what they want you to edit out, so no guessing is needed.
