In my case it's not so much what I want to see. That can be
determined by reading my job descriptions, which are as
clear as I can make them, are *not* the launching point for some kind of
psychobabble behavioral tests and really
shouldn't cause you any problems in determining what you
have to say to tell me that you a good candidate for my job.
What this thread is about, at least for me, is *how* I want to see it, and
that's (a) fast, and (b) with a minimum of effort on my part. More or less
