I've also known a lot of non-engineers who didn't have a clue how to
document complex systems, or processes and also had a hard time with the
English language, and a lot of engineers/programmers who were excellent
engineers and programmers and terrific writers, so I agree....be careful
making generalizations. Most of the time you're be wrong.
