Neither would constitute a blunder, IMHO.

I'd go with the second to maintain parallelism with the singular
"assistance" (and "assistances" is just plain weird). The group could
provide more than one of either, but the singular is fine for both --
you're just specifying analysis and assistance as _categories_ of what's
provided.
