How do you assign a margin before and after a table? In Framemaker, you can
assign it just as you do a paragraph (Space before: 6 pt. -- like that).

That seems the simplest way to set tables off from the surrounding text. Is
there something similar in Word? I've dutifully searched the online help and
don't find anything.
