They have walked people immediately as "security risks". A PM who was
there for two years and started his own company and left. When he
went to give his goodbye's to the CEO and one of the VP's (brothers,
BTW) they refused to even shake his hand and simply asked him to
leave.

There is an exodus going on in this company, they're weary of it and
thusly are taking resignations poorly as of late.

This company has potential, and has (by and large) been a great
experience. These are growing pains I have seen with many companies.
If they survive, they will do well...if not..well...

Lawsuit if it happens...heheh. It just doesn't matter. Utah is a
"Right to Work" State. So it's hard to sue and is (largely) career
suicide. I worked a job where the IT Manager was caught keying my car
on my last day.

I tried to sue...let's just say I was told "Sure, if you never want to
work in the State again!"

I settled for a new paint job.

That, in my opinion, would have grounds for a lawsuit. Then again, he was
still left with his problem and you were on to newer and better things.
Sometimes, it's best to shoot a moon from the sidewalk and walk away knowing
that most of the employees left inside were cheering you as their hero.

I was once escorted out of the building by owner of the company, one hand on
my collar and one on my belt.
