The company employed all of 8 people. It was a VERY small company.

I was in sales and he wanted me to turn over my complete sales
contact phone book, never mind that the book had contacts from three
previous sales gigs. I offered to give him my list of all the
contacts generated while under his employ, but he wanted everyone and
I refused.
