Older versions, around RH9 or so. Not since then. (I know Adobe used the
way-back machine to create version 6, think of it as X6 and you'll be
good. All the X versions have not had a dependency on Word.)

Some versions of RoboHelp require continued maintenance and editing of
the RTF file in Word.
