If you're lucky, yes. If not, said writer will, in the
absence of decisive management, flood every staff
meeting with a never-ending stream of proposals
to revise the document formats that will all but
hijack every session. Been there, dealt with that.
Sometimes there's just no replacement for handing
out reviews with "not meeting minimum requirements"
boxes strategically checked off on objectives
relating to following established processes and
working well in teams..
