I would write a short document with two sections. The
first would describe general use of the application,
from a user point of view, so they understand the
goal. The second would document the code, especially
how it is assembled and as many functions as you can.
If they get that by April 13, it should be enough to
start. You can substitute a training walkthrough for
the first part as well.
